Remedios Health is a specialist health practice by Natalie Whitaker offering Functional Blood Testing, Metabolic Balance Personalised Nutrition Programme for Weight Loss and Improved Metabolic Health, Wellness Reviews, Health & Wellness Coaching, Homeopathy Consultations and Hair Mineral Analysis.
Natalie supports her clients by addressing their health issues in a truly holistic and individualised way. She works alongside clients with various physical and emotional issues, with both acute & chronic conditions and has a special interest in diabetes prevention and metabolic syndrome.
Often our habits, diet, pollutants, way of thinking and behaviour are maintaining causes of ill health. We are all unique and act and react differently to our surroundings. Rather than covering up symptoms, identification of areas for improvement, wellness intervention and treatment facilitates change. This leads to increased health, vitality and wellness.

Metabolic Balance considers 36 of your blood markers, body measurements, any health conditions you may have and your food choices to create a plan tailored for you.
This is then implemented by Natalie, a certified Metabolic Balance Programme Coach, so that you can genuinely understand which foods and lifestyle choices fully support your wellbeing, now and for the long term.

Homeopathic remedies gently stimulate the body's own healing mechanisms to restore balance. There are thousands of remedies available from the natural world.
Remedies are matched by the homeopath to both the presenting symptoms and individual characteristics of the client.
Bach Flower remedies use very dilute essences from wild flowers, trees and bushes, which gently stimulate emotional health to a more positive state.
