Data Protection 

This policy applies to Remedios Health, whereby Natalie Whitaker works as a Registered Homeopath and provider of other health services and handles clients’ personal and confidential information. This information is collected in order for Natalie Whitaker to provide the Remedios Health services and is kept in line with laws on data protection and confidentiality, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Information will only be requested which is relevant to consultations and maintaining communications. Clients can opt out of any future correspondence at any time by emailing ‘Opt Out’ to Natalie@remedios.health

Client information, other than from the in-person consultations may be kept digitally on secure servers and hard drives in line with GDPR.

All consultations are strictly confidential.  Natalie Whitaker keeps written notes from in-person consultations in a safe and locked location.  These records are kept in line with the Alliance of Homeopaths terms.  Information will only be shared where required by law.

Clients can request by email what data is held by Remedios Health in relation to themselves.

Privacy

Natalie Whitaker of Remedios Health will collect personal information as follows:

Home address
Date of birth
Gender
Medical history

Information is collected via a client questionnaire and consent form.

During consultations further relevant information will be collected along with notes of prescriptions.

Bio-Well Analysis reports will be stored on secure remote servers and sent to the client by email.  Only the client’s initials and date of birth will be used on this report.

Clients are deemed to have accepted the use of their data in line with these policies on booking a consultation.
